CardExchange® Products Release Notes

Release 9.1.0.0 (September 1, 2014)

When opening the database setup for an internal database, the wizard pages to configure the connection and choose the database table and key are skipped, even in the higher editions.

When connecting to comma-separated values, the options to allow updating and deleting records are automatically unchecked and disabled.

When connecting to Excel, the option to allow deleting records is automatically unchecked and disabled.

When a single database is connected on the first page of the database setup, the option to read from that database is now automatically selected on the second page.

Instead of selecting the last-name column, first-name column et cetera in the database setup, it is now possible to select any non-binary field as record look-up field, without referencing the fact whether the column contains a part of the name or not.

Renamed the two Microsoft Access connections to “Microsoft Access (.mdb)” and “Microsoft Access (.accdb)”
