With the release of CardExchangeâ„¢ Producer 8 we are definitely have chosen a different way for the communicating with the customer. In this release of CardExchangeâ„¢ we are introducing CardExchangeâ„¢ eMarketing which allows you to publish news items for your CardExchangeâ„¢ users..
In both the four click interface and designer we introduce the new Service center tab. In this Service center the user can, besides the news items published, find direct links to Help, Forum, Video tutorials, they can activate licenses like upgrades to higher editions, they can register the license, compare the available editions, but most important, it shows two buttons. One button represent your company logo and a direct link to your website. The second button is optional and only shown if you have a direct link to your web shop. When the user click on this button, it will enter your web shop directly.
